This is the best healthy and easiest brownies recipe ever. My kids don't like the word healthy when it comes to food. The first time I made it I didn't tell them it was healthy. This is the 6th time I made these brownies a batch is in the oven right now. My son requested it
Brownies🌸 One cup almond flour One cup coconut sugar 1/3 cup cacao powder 2 eggs 3 tbsp melted butter/coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla Half teaspoon baking soda Salt Chocolate chips (optional)
These were so good! I made some modifications: only 1/3 cup of sugar, two ripe bananas and 1 egg. I also added walnuts and 1/2 cup of oat flour. Turned out really good!
Baked as directed with minor modifications: I used 3/4 C of granulated sugar instead of 1 C of coconut sugar. 2 Tbsp butter and 1 tbsp veg oil instead of 3 tbsp of coconut oil. 1/2 tsp of baking powder instead of 1/2 baking soda. Used dark chocolate chips. They were amazing.
Today is my husband birthday and he wanted a cake so I made this brownies for him 🤩, we both loved it 😋. It’s so original that feel like no almond flour been used 😝. I also added cinnamon and grass fed gelatin to make extra chewy, but I used half less coconut sugar then mentioned in recipe 🤔 and instead I added Allulose syrup to control the carbs of coconut sugar ……. And I also added a little of xylitol to protect my teeth 🤓.
Well that was just perfect! Made them yesterday and only one is left today. I was craving something sweet and gluten free. This hit the spot and are just perfectly delicious!
Wondering how tigernut flour could be a substitute, I think need less of it. I will master a tigernut brownie and cookies too. It's an amazing flour, nut free alternative high fibre very nutritious plus naturally sweet so u can half a sweetener you use I've read.
i made these today!!! it smells great and taste awesome! i will put a little less salt next time tho maybe 1/8 teaspoon instead bc i didnt put a lot of sugar either so they did turn out slightly salty
I like the coconut oil in the oven tip 😃 Thank you for the recipe - I am trying to stop eating as much sugar and gluten so this is really helpful. Is this a good recipe to freeze in portions?
Have you tried a protein brownie mix. It's quite difficult as it sucks moisture away so for starters you don't cook for too long. Changes texture too. Any tips welcome.
I've never tested this recipe with a zero calorie sweetener, but I'd love to hear if you experiment with it! I'm super-sensitive to sugar alcohols, so I can't ever test with those.
I just made this recipe, it was very easy and fast. However, i found it to be way to sweet for my taste. Can I use only half of the sugar? Do i need to substitute? Please let me know your comments
@@MAAmer-dy7pw hi, I did reduced the sugar in this recipe. I used 2/3 cup, instead of 1 cup. Consistency was ok and still sweet but not too sweet. Hope this is useful for you.
I am so excited to try this recipe I've been trying to get the proportions right since I had to go gluten and "sugar" free can not wait to try these!!!
@@BytomGirl okay I could no longer consume the classic white and brown sugar that is in most recipes. And needed alternative sugars such as maple syrup , honey , and coconut sugar. Not diabetic but I do appreciate your concern in telling me so I don't make that mistake. 🙂
@@lilamakenzie8311 They are still sugars and will affect your blood sugar the same way, no difference. I use Monk Fruit with Erythritol which is 100% natural and safe and has zero calories, you use the same amount as regular sugar
