This is an awesome recipe for some BBQ Pit beans Craig! I do a different version and they are always requested at family gatherings. I'll have to give this recipe a try for sure! Might try this with dried beans. Should cook up just as well in the smoker as it would in a crock pot. It's much cheaper when making large batches. Looks awesome, TYFS Craig.
