I'm gonna knock it out in a Dutch oven on the Yoder YS640S Pellet Smoker, you can make this stew in a crockpot , instant pot, stove top, what ever you want...it's so easy to make and it packs the flavor! • 1TBS Fine Ground Coffee
• 2TBS Italian Seasoning grind up w.fingers
🔥Beef Stew Ingredients🔥
• 2.5Lbs Stew Beef
• 3-4TBS Beef Tallow
• 4TBS Flour
• 2-3TBS Of My Santa Maria Rub
• 2-3 Carrots chopped
• 1 Stalk of Celery
• Sm. Onion chopped
• 1 Shallot minced
• 4 Cloves of Garlic minced
• 3-4TBS Butter
• 1.5-2Lbs White potatoes peel/cube
• 1-1.5c Red Wine
• 3-4c Beef stock
• 1TBS Tomato paste
• 1TBS Spicy Mustard
• 1TBS Beef base or 2 beef cubes
• 1 Sprig of Rosemary
• 3 Sprigs of Thyme
• 2 Bay Leaf
• 1c Frozen Peas
• 1TBS Maple Syrup
