After I shot L696, I grabbed some lunch and made my way over to the Chattanooga Sub for some crossings. As I didn't think anything was too close, I decided to eat a sub I bought at a Publix while waiting, only for the defect detector nearby to give its entry message. As I didn't note what milepost I was at, I wasn't entirely sure which way the train was coming from first, so I initially assumed it was a southbound when I quickly grabbed-out my tripod and threw it down. However, once I heard the horn coming from behind me, I quickly turned my camera around. Thankfully, either way, I was still able to get my second train of the day: CSX I142 with an ET44AH leading an AC44CW for power. The leading locomotive on this train was also missing a number board, for some reason.
