We're shrimp trawling for white shrimp using a 21' boat pulling a 48' trawl net. We make some big pulls that almost roll the small boat. #commercial #shrimp #trawling
Thanks so much. It's very interesting to me how you guys skimmer boats are set up. Don't pay my silliness any attention, I enjoy having fun with my friends.😃
Love you two together. You compliment each other and make my 😂morning start off with joy, smile, and happiness for your good fortune. I believe a banana day keeps the doctor away.😂
So fun watching you two together! I know it was super hard work but so glad you took the time to share the adventure. Heck I'm not even there and I am worn out, lol! Beautiful shrimp!!
There is no comparison between farm raised shrimp and wild caught. I always buy wild caught. Sometimes a few hundred pounds at a time. Freeze what I don't uses.
Love all your videos. May God bless you and your family and all you trawlings . May God bless you with the fixing your boat. And all y'all needs. All your videos are fun.
IF y’all are not testing and/or sampling with a smaller net as you drag the bigger net… DEFINITELY MORE LUCK than anything!!!🫰🤔🫰🤔🫰Learn how to tie SLIP-KNOT on tail, ADD another line (3’-5’) attached to last 3 meshes of tail w/a float easier to retrieve bag from side of boat to inside of boat (should have another block attached to the- cabin support to pull the tail up into the boat using the cat head)…still unnecessarily working hard!!!! A lot of trial and errors PLUS sore arms and backs--NOT bashing you but hoping to lighten your self-inflicted “hard work”!!! PS: Add another 2’-3’ SS pipes to the existing four ‘pulling poles’..Will be a definite and POSITIVE ADDITION!!!!!
We don’t ever go out on the boat without sandwiches and yes a couple of the sandwiches will be banana some with mayonnaise and some with peanut butter and weather or not it changes our chances of catching fish is a question without an answer… Keep on fishing!
Banana sandwiches are delicious. It's been years since I've eaten one. I know now bananas are good luck on a boat. LOL. We enjoy having fun with you guys.
LOL! I've told others that shrimping ain't easy. It takes lots of work and effort to make it pay off. We haven't had it pay off yet. LOL. Stay away from shrimp trawling.
Can a big boat shrimp Capt make a suggestion? Ya bag knots, loop half hitches will make ya life alot easier. Them granny knots yall tying got us rolling. Just my 2 cents. Keep up the good work, yall are awesome.
Thank you, sir. Good to hear you guys are getting a laugh out of the video. My buddy won't use the half hitch knot anymore because he swears a dolphin untied his bag once while he & his wife were shrimping! 🤣😂🤣 What area do you trawl?
