This was almost the perfect tattoo pen. The WJX W3 has everything that I want in a tattoo machine. Ultra-Fast Charging with a decent battery pack. It only takes 20 mins to fully charge from 0-100. It's main selling point for me is the perfect engineering of the motor. It is the smoothest running motor in Dragonhawks line up. It is a true stealth pen with almost 0 vibration.
So why is it Almost the perfect pen and not the perfect pen? Well, it has 1 flaw that could annoy many people myself included. The issue is the needle depth adjustment mechanism. It is so tight that sometimes it affects the stroke mechanism. There is a way to hold the machine to surpass this problem. Simply hold the blue portion of the machine while adjusting the grip. This issue is by no means a deal breaker for the machine. I bet all we need to do is add more lubricant to the grip and that will fix the issue.
regardless of this minor issue, the pen is still a cut above the rest. It is well worth the price, and it truly carries the WJX brand proudly.
