I have bought it yesterday and I have noticed that at the end of the leaf have drops of water, why is that? I ve put it on a wood table and afraid of destroying it. Thank you for your time and wait for your tip

The drops of water on the Alocasia amazonica leaf are due to a natural process called guttation. This happens when the plant absorbs more water than it can transpire, typically in the early morning or late evening, and releases the excess moisture through small pores at the edges of the leaves. It's completely normal and not harmful to the plant. The water droplets may leave marks on surfaces, especially wood, so it's a good idea to place a tray under the plant to catch the moisture and protect your table. Let me know if you need any more details and thanks for watching! 🍃

It sounds like you're trying to find the best spot for your plants-good thinking! 🌿 Sometimes too much direct sunlight can cause yellowing leaves, so moving them away from the window might help. Keep an eye on them, and hopefully, they’ll bounce back with healthy green leaves. If you notice any changes, feel free to share-I'd love to help if you need any tips!

Beautiful I like to get one. I have a Alocasia Pink Dragon it came with a leave that looks like mush I cut that off but it looks odd cause of the hole on it but it gave 2 new growth they are growing so pretty. I water it once a week and the soil it was already in the nursery pot never did repot it yet. What soil do you recommend? It’s by the east window where the morning and afternoon sun comes in all my plants are doing well there fiddle bamboo, prayer plant, rubber trees and a lot more. Thank you for sharing your advice and beautiful video.

I think you're doing fine with your Alocasia Pink Dragon so far.♡ The light positioning is ideal. I suggest watching my full guide video about Alocasia Silver Dragon, as the requirements of both plants are the same. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IPaL_VlXJAU.html Additionally, I have a new video about an aroid soil mix, which is very good for Alocasias, Philodendrons, and similar plants. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gPAfLmi1OJk.html I hope this will provide you with more information. Thank you so much for watching, and feel free to ask anything.
