I'm a Disabled Veteran in my mid 60s. I used to need to get up six to ten times a night to use the restroom, it's been this way for more than twenty years. My friend bought me some Aloe Vera Gel so I took the recommended eight tablespoons. On the very first night, I slept all night without ever needing to get up for a restroom break. I’m not a a veteran and I’m certain that I couldn’t possibly grasp all that you have had to face in your life but I can relate in the way that I was faced with an extremely traumatic event. I have been suffering from PTSD, survivors guilt, severe insomnia, IBS, depression and anxiety...you get the idea. I’m often up all through the night with stomach problems as well. When I read your comment, years started to well up in my eyes because I could imagine how Exhilarated yet peaceful you must have felt. Yes! I saved them, they were all tangled into each other in a very small pot at a store and I bought then separated them into much larger pots with better soil. They both took off and are beasts now :) I've been fileting an arm and blending it with a shot of Kvass and a squeeze of lime for my breakfast tonic! Thanks to you!

Best way to use. Add gel to smoothies. Directly on skin and conditions the hair as well. I use all these methods. I'm sure about the recommended daily dose. Using the gel only shlould not have a negative effect as the gel have little to no aloe latex.

Hey Super food revoluion! I read that Aloe Vera taken orally helps rebuild collagen and heals sun damaged skin and aging skin. I lived in India for 10 years, and also grew up in Southern California. I think I've taken pretty good care of my skin, but photo aging is there. Some fine lines and wrinkles on forehead and between eye brows. So I researched that Aloe Vera can actually help, even when taken in capuslated form. Can you do a video on this, or point me to some more information? I work in film and television, and any edge I can have to keeping skin fresh for camera helps. I am 20 year vegan by the way, which I think has helped my skin over all from lots of sun damage.
