💙💙💙 great video. Love the graphics and effects. I use aloe as a pre poo. I use aloe vera juice as a moisturizing spritz. I infuse it with fenugreek seeds and mix with rose water, sweet orange and lemongrass essential oils. Been using it for years. My hair has finally reached collarbone length. Took 6 yrs. My hair grows slowly esp with menopause. But slow and steady always wins the race.

I LOVE fresh aloe from the plant, I get the giant leaves that you'd find at the veggie produce department of the grocery store and they cost like a $1 or two. It's so soothing and gives so much slip and moisture. 🥰

Thank you for this before. So we should not soak the Aloe Leaf in Water to remove the so called Latex? Please respond. I saw on YT that the yellow sap was Latex and caused allergic reactions.

I am beginning to have alopecia both in the front area and center and has forced me to cut my hair to the lowest level. I am applying only castor oil and coconut oil and have not seen any result. I will begin to add aloe vera and follow your method of preparation. Let me know if there's more I can do to alleviate this impending problem. Thanks 💚

Do you know what type of Alopecia you have? Depending on the type of Alopecia you have you may be able to reverse it. Start with having your blood checked for nutrient deficiencies. Lack of Iron, Zinc, Vitamin D, Vitamin C, etc. can cause Alopecia and also dehydration. Include scalp massages with the oil she mentioned and Tea rinses and the Apple Cider Vinegar rinses. It will take you to be consistent with your washes, rinses, massages, and a nutrient rich diet. If it’s caused by CCCA Alopecia or if it’s Androgenic Alopecia include Coffee and the herb Rosemary. Don’t give up there are natural remedies that will help. Research Henna, Bhringraj, Brahmi, & Moringa, Neem, all are Ayurvedic herbs. I’m speaking from my own experience with Androgenic Alopecia. Hope this info helps. Remember, hair grows from the inside out. So fight the Alopecia with nutrient rich foods from the inside and the things I mentioned above for your scalp. Hope this info helps.

Should I soak the leaf in an upright position so the yellow poison latex is removed? I want to but I don’t want to infuse my oil with the plant if there is leftover water on it?

I group using Aloe Vera to wash and steam my hair. I always see my elderly family blending it with Orange Juice to detox and clean out there gut. It will definitely send you to the toilet. I knew how effective and naturally healthy it is. Some blended it with natural Coconut Milk for the same detox effects.

I’m so glad!! And yes it is. You may find that the hot oil even helps break up the grease a bit prior to shampooing.

I have 2 questions: If the fresh aloe vera is naturally is made of water, won't the oil go bad because of it? Even if you cooked it I think all the water doesn't evaporate, right?

Any climate (in my humble opinion) it’s about using it in the right way. Aloe has enhanced my hair’s ability to combat different elements but I live in a very DRY climate. I always make sure to spritz with water so any humectants in my hair aid as opposed to causing harm.

Personally I’ve never had any issue with rancidity… this is why I prefer the first method. If done properly and for a fair amount of time, all the water will evaporate and you can usually tell when that happens. My cooked oil has not gone bad in any preparations I’ve made.

I actually grow mine 😅😅😅… I’m currently in Africa. But Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s should have it… most likely. If not, try a farmer’s market or see if you can start growing it.
