For anyone wondering the reason the lifeguard blew the whistle at them is because Korean lakes and oceans aren't like the US the water can go from 2 feet to 15 feet in an inch. Thats why running into the water like that is soo dangerous. You have to be cautious. Some people have drowned because the water was so deep and their feet just went under. This is coming from a korean herself. hope this helps! :)
