el condominio inicialmente se llamaba Soleil. Desarrollado con fondos de un banco que falló. Paso a segundo banco pero desarrollador estaba entre la deuda del primer financiamiento y el colapso inmobiliario de 2008. Trataron de seguirlo y le cambiaron el nombre a Gemini. El otro banco que cogió la deuda ya tampoco existe. Terminaron cerrandolo y en los tribunales. El edificio estaba fully finished. la gente lo canibalizó, le sacaron todas las puertas, ventanas, equipos sanitarios, muebles de cocina, hasta el cableado electrico se lo quitaron. sad. Fue adquirido recientemebte y supuestamente lo van a desarrollar en un luxury condo-hotel.

ese edificio si fue habitado y muy caro que era, era como para los que tenian dinero en Guaynabo, solo que cuando se construyo no fue construhido bn y decia que en los huracanes aunque eran tormentas se movia y por miedoo se mudaron y no se pudo reconstruir y por eso esta abandonado.. Soy nacida y criada en este hermoso pueblo...

As for the building itself, the $950,000 price (minimum) was not only unrealistic given the building's remote location, it was unrealistic given Puerto Rico's socioeconomic decay as a whole. You can take that money to Mexico, buy a comparable apartment in beautiful Polanco, and still be able to keep 300k. Give me a break... Granted, Mexico City is a word-class metropolis with a service culture and walkability, San Juan is not. Even Miami, a city that has not stopped growing since the 1960s, would make more sense from an investment standpoint... As a dependent of US, I always get the impression that P.R. lives disconnected from reality. This is sad because it was a place with huge potential of being something special. Yet, it never executed a plan when it was easy to do so.

LAURA! You basically had me like in a trance. You do indeed take too many risks. The first video I watched was when you broke into the drug dealer's mansion, the second one when you went to Playa rossada? btw you should keep your water shoes in your car, you never know when you might need them. Getting in the water while holding your phone with one hand and unstable footing, not too bright. If I were in your shoes I would invest in a go pro and try to attach it to a hard hat just to have both hands available. I can understand that you would like to share these 'expeditions' with somebody, totally get the point but that person will come to you in due time.
