Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare (Carnby) HD Edition (Remastered) with ReShade Walkthrough Playthrough Full Game Longplay Gameplay No Commentary
Plot: Set on October 31, 2001. Edward Carnby's best friend and partner, Charles Fiske, has been found dead off the coast of Shadow Island, a mysterious island near the coast of Massachusetts. Carnby's investigation quickly leads him to Frederick Johnson, who informs him of Fiske's search for three ancient tablets with the ability to unlock an incredible and dangerous power. This game was super dope during the PS1 era. It is nearly perfect, the atmosphere, the monster design, the settings. With the exception of weapons and combat. You can't just give me a triple barreled shotgun and tell me it cannot hit multiple enemies at once. That's some very primitive combat design.

This game was underrated as hell, devs really liked to do their "World of Darkness Trilogy" if this game succeeded well above expectations, but alas. Good looking lightning and shadows! And this game was a multiplatform for last and current gen in 2001.

This game, when i played on PS1 first time back in 2002 was scary and epic. It was the only horror game left after I had gone through all RE games and it did not disappoint me, especially with 2 playable characters each with their own stories. Looking forward to next one In January.

türkçe yazdığım için üzgünüm ,99 senesinde sanıyorum ps1 için alıp oynamıştım epey etkisinde kalmıştım özellikle müzikler atmosfer grafik kalitesi aklımı almıştı.. bu oyunun kötü yanları yaratıkların ölme efektleridir.. kaybolurlar ölünce..

Wow! Another nice choice. I tried to play this game on my pc but even on compatible mode it didn´t work and the only thing was working was the audio with the black screen. Sad this happened cause read a whole magazine page about this game years before.

PS2 version is not the worst one. This version, as well as the PC version, has a weaker audio format (due to improper conversion) compared to the PS1 and Dreamcast versions, but the PS2 version also features additional characters' lips animation during in-game dialogues.

The worst version is the Game Boy Color one. Why do you say the PS2 is the worst? I do know it suffers from additional loading times that don't exist in the rest and it also has the problem of distorsioned music like the PC and Dreamcast versions. Are there any other problems with the PS2 version in relation to the others?
