If luna could only see that there is still one pony back before nightmare moon who loved her dearly. And yes I'm talking about her sister princess celestia
Yes! Once again, your voice triumphs, and Foxamoore's melody is simply haunting. Honestly, this is even better than what I was hoping. Can't believe the episode is almost done!
I'd go over my head just to meet Luna. I can't just stand here and do nothing whilst she's in this state of destitution. Looks like someone needs a hug ;_;. Wonderful song, amadhia, albeit a little short. Will look forward to see your other works !
I really love this for so many reason! I have not heard a somber tune as wonderful as this for such a long time! Your voice is truly lovely and the style of this song suits Luna so well. I love this song so much and would love to hear more!
Oh Aksel, thank you so much! I know!!! It's soooo exciting!!! :D Thank you so much for all your hard work! Your devotion to excellence was so inspiring!!! I hope you'll be on cloud-nine with you contributions to the show!
Aww, that was so nice ^^. I just wish it wasn't so short! It ended just as I was getting into it! Everyone did a great job though. I wish I knew your secret into getting your voice so clear :D. You should consider doing more songs for Luna!
Thank you Awfulnote! :D I can't wait 'till Thursday! Hope you'll be pleased with your contribution to this episode -- can't wait 'till next episode where your character will come into its own! :D
Love the song, especially how the first line starts. When you talk to the composer about an extended version, tell him there is plenty of room for more oboe.
Thank you so much! Since it's for a radio drama we tried to keep it to the same length as other songs from MLP:FiM... I'd _love_ to do a "radio version" of it though!
I don't even know how i can say it, but i was shocked as i heard your voice! I love it and i guess i finally found the singing voice of my OC. I mean i can now after over one year firstly imagine how she would sing like this out there in the forest. It's simply beautiful...
hmm i heard it should be kind of uncomplete. Okay it's a tini-tiny bit too short for my little dream-aways, but okay. Is there a longer version in work or something^^?
Normally I only leave constructive criticism comments on music, but this song is making me change that trend. I'm so used to a song taking me by surprise being a bad thing that I pretty much yelled "HOLY @#$!" on vent when the vocals kicked in. The lyrics caught me completely off-guard but in a good way. They are simple and deep at the same time and sung beautifully. An extended version of this would be very nice.
This is simply amazing. No place to improve, except to eventually extend it a bit. ... I just noticed I said the same thing as the previous person. Oh well... It's true, so I'll stay by it.
That, was an astounding testament to the hidden beauty of a nocturne. By any chance, would you be able to upload sheet music for this piece? I would love to play it myself!
+Naomi magallanes The important thing is that we still _do_ try... even though it may feel that it doesn't matter. The thing that's like real magic is that it _does_ matter... each of us matters. Nopony is here without a reason for our being here -- even if we haven't found that reason yet. Me? I've felt the very same way (I wrote and sang this song). And though I often still so alone here... I'm beginning to find out that I matter to those who I'm finding matter to me. I know that you will too... all you have to do is keep trying. It will happen (just like finding one's Cuite Mark... it will happen. :)
+cuppa63 *nods quietly...* I imagine it must have been so difficult for her... that things must have gotten so extreme that for the survival of Equestria (possibly even for the good of the whole world on which Equestria resides) the only possible solution was to banish her dear, beloved, sweet sister so that the Entity that had overcome Princess Luna could do no more harm... and hope for discovering a way to free her sister in the years, decades, centuries to follow.
+Claire Smith Celestia suffered just as much. She didn't see the signs, she was so caught up in her own affairs and vanity she let her sister fall while she watched. She had to endure a thousand years of guilt for her sins. A thousand years where everyone she knew would eventually wither and die, the only other immortal being her own sister who she banished because she couldn't help her... A thousand years surrounded by others and all alone. They both suffered terribly for their mistakes. The whole Nightmare Moon story shows they're not infallible, they can still make mistakes.
Huh, really? A sound recorder? I'm...surprised. Then again, you get what you pay for, and I paid 60 dollars for my microphone, and that recorder is over a 100 dollars >_< Going further into music, I'll undoubtedly upgrade to better equipment sooner or later.
