Ini sedikit info dari saya bro, semoga bermanfaat, di gunung Bromo kemungkinan kecil untuk meletus, kalau gunung Bromo hanya cuma erupsi jadi masih aman tidak apa2, dan yg berbahaya itu gunung berapi semeru yg ada di timurnya Bromo yg tinggi, itu gunung tertinggi di pulau Jawa gunung Semeru, gunung Semeru akan aktif dan meletus sekitar setiap 10-15 th sekali.

But if you are in West Java and you see Banner Nasi Pecel, they will give you chicken or fish, the Nasi pecel is different in West Java. Maybe you can try this food, This food can easily to found in street food in West Java like gado-gado, karedok, lontong sayur, ketoprak, etc, that vegetable food.

we climbed bromo 3 times, the first time it was pouring rain, the second time it was because the weather bacame better, the third time the sun came out , there was beautiful sunset up there

you have to visit one of the cities in East Java, namely the city of Blitar.. there are lots of very beautiful beaches.. it's only 4 hours south from Bromo..

It's funny how you greet the locals with "Selamat" 😄 I guess, they're confused how to reply to that greeting. Since "Selamat!" is more like "Congratulations!" But, if you put other word after "selamat", then it'll become the right greetings. For example: Selamat pagi = good morning Selamat siang/sore = good afternoon Selamat malam = good evening/night Selamat makan = Bon appétit! If you ride hills down with scooter matic, you better switch front and rear brakes alternately. Or just on and off the brake wisely if going down to prevent heat. Brakes will failure if its too hot

I've been there is around 1998/99,and at that time. a simple room.is cost only 25.000,-50.000,and rent a small house is 100.000 rupiah,that's when i'm still in collage at surabaya..,that is my first time to see bromo and i fallen in love and go back again untill 5 times..
Yup..i'm really surprise too with the different..and the jeep rent is 80.000 rupiah.back then....for 7 - 8 people,we can share it together..i dont know now maybe is around 500.000 rupiah..crazy..😅actualy bromo have beautiful lake..the local call it..ranu kumbolo,and they have beautiful story about love hill..at ranu".if a couple go high up to the hill is gonna be everlasting..
Here are my tips for you: I do a lot of touring in Indonesia by motorbike, a tips if you ride a scooter, especially an automatic motorbike like yours, if you are traveling together in extreme downhill areas, always make sure to use two brakes alternately, or you can also use them simultaneously, it is prohibited to use one of them for a long time, and if on very extreme descents it is better to always take a break every 15 or 30 minutes to cool the brakes, there are many cases of accidents in Indonesia that result in death because they don't understand how to use the brakes correctly when on a sharp downhill road, usually the brakes will get hot so they won't work and fail, always be careful guys
