Mind you he only keeps the recordings of the ones he wins; on multiple games I have seen hem absolutely devoured by trolls or skilled players. It's a luck based game imo.

@@Jungleali I disagree. I personally win 2/3 matches, and that’s purely based on strategy, placement, timing, strategic growth, resource management, diplomacy and exploiting opportunities. The matches I normally loose is most often caused by a combination of random full-sends, noobs making horrible moves making us both vulnerable or some lucky dude getting a super lucky start eating the whole board before it even starts properly.

13:36 I think it’s actually a good thing. He knew he was very close to getting pushed out so he may as well donate all of his money forward But obviously if the person getting attacked is much bigger then it makes sense to sit back and defend in the hopes of one of your teammates coming to help you

If you're being a team player, you never want to full send/donate because if nothing else you can delay and buy time for your team to become stronger, even if it ends in your own demise.

Just want to point out you were not technically the last on your team as Hariphunchai was still in the game until the end where you sent a boat to them!

@@issac9642 tbh CG kinda discarded them very callously. Hariphunchai basically locked down that part of the map for the longest time while completely surrounded by enemies by just turtling, and when a chance to finally expand and do something of their own came and they took it, CG chalked it up to him 'taking MY land' and threw him to the wolves. There's not much CG could've done for them, sure, but his attitude about it was a bit sour for my tastes.

@@splatterkay Yeah, I think CG's biggest flaw is just not working well in teams. Donating a million or two would have been possible and stalled out that expansion, making white either never a threat or making them far weaker.

There's an option in the main menu where you can hide player names and replace them with the generic names that bots use. You can look at the top right and see it says "Humans" to confirm I'm actually playing against real players. To tell the difference between bots and players, just know that bots have underlines under their names and players don't.
