Awesome curry . If i choose to skip aloo , What other vegetables can be used with this gravy ( cauliflower or brinjal or bhindi etc ) ? Not mixed but single vegetable .
Is there a way to use less oil in this recipe..I mens 2 tbs for the potato roasting, 1.5 for the spices mixture and 3 tbsp for the curd cooking!! It's a lot no. ? Also should we boil potatoes before roasting it or no?
