Ingredient🇲🇺🇬🇧❤️
2 bunch of fenugreek leave
1 medium potatoes
3 tbs oil (I used mustard oil)
2 medium onion slice
A pinch of crushed red chilli
Few curry leave.
Soak the leaves well after cleaning then wash properly & drain before cooking.

You can add any spices you prefer but I make mine the same way we do (toufer bred) back home in Mauritius.
