1 kg chicken thigh boneless
5 med potato cut into two pieces(fried opt)
3 medium size onion slice
2 bay leaves
3 cardamom
3 cloves
1 stick cinnamon
1 cup cooking oil or ghee
1 tbs garlic paste
1 tbs ginger paste
3 + half tbs curry powder
Salt & chilli to your taste
3 big tomato blended
1/2 cup natural yogurt
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup of frozen peas (after boiling it is reduce to 3/4 cup)
5-6 hard boiled egg🇲🇺🇬🇧❤️
