Tags sometimes slide down the edge of the inside of the pot if the potting media gets dry. I usually try to put the tag an inch inside the media and not at the edge. Pulling tags in and out can also cause them to be lost. I love your videos. Thanks to your film crew!😊
yes i do fine them down the side of the pots.. but i have discovered that my dog has been take them out... i need to just write it on the pot or use alum and wire them to the pot im thinkin... thanks for stopping by
Keep those videos coming, I enjoy so much seing those fig trees full of fruits. Is that one of the greenhouse you be using to plant the figs in ground? That Malta Black looks so beautiful. I got so move when I saw you pull that tag with my wife's name on it, yes I do have the two trees I got from you, it was quiet a story behind those trees, isn't it? That was the tree that started our friendship.
it sure was.... and ill make sure to do a tasting review on it.. that malta black is one of my favorite mt etnas and the tree shape is perfect...it doesnt grow much just makes lots of figs
Did you pinch any, like the champagne? Sometimes if you put the label in the pot, when the soil dries out, the tag will slide down into the pot. Put your labels a half inch inside away from the edge. Also, with a paint pen label your pot.
no pinching... only pinch in the fall to slow grow and help them go dormient .... usually the names are wrote on the pot on a tag and on the tree... and sometime things get missed ....
