I came here in search of music for meditation. It feels like all of a sudden my life is falling apart. It’s a shock. I don’t understand what’s happening. If this was someone else’s comment I would say „it’s falling into place and all the pieces create a new life“. All is left is to trust. Trust God, trust myself, trust that I have planted wonderful seeds, that will nourish me one day. My body and mind are responding in the old pattern to this pain… I worry the worst will happen, cry and feel helpless. Let’s see if I can find a solution in my meditation. People usually perceive me as strong. And maybe I am. I certainly don’t feel like it now. I just wanna cry and give up. There is a part inside of me, that doesn’t feel good enough, not worthy of love. This part has been quiet for some time, but now keeps calling my name… It’s time for another transformation. I need to embrace this part and heal it. Please pray for me. I pray for you. All the best! 🙏

Thank you, this is helping me to calm down and catch my breath. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. Its hard for a working man that has to provide for his family. I dont want to lose my wife due to this mental illness. We also have our first born on the way in the next 2months. I pray for a better day. Having a clear mind for once, listening to this music while my boyfriend sleeps on call with me. It makes me think of us, our future. How it will unfold out in front of us, wondering if he will be the one I’ll be able to call my husband. Next month he’s coming down. I know it’s rather soon, but I’ve never felt this way about anyone. He was put in my path for a reason, I feel it.
