there's another variation of the white ladies that might be more continental, the wisen frau, as like muses who inspire artists but at the cost of their lives living brilliant lives they burn out quickly- motzart being a good example
That's really interesting, they sound like the Leanan Sidhe, muses to artists, poets and musicians, but deadly. I will look into the Wisen Frau. Thanks for the info :)
