That is crazy how a simple coding your transmission can have such an impact on driving! I want to do that kind of tune but I have a manual transmission...(I guess I just need to shift better...lol) Anyways keep up the great work!

Hey will this tune work on 98 M3 z tranny. Also the tranny isn’t the original and neither is the TCM. So do I need to flash the TCM? And do you know which file I need to use on Daten files.

Jonathan Weeks I like the fact that the tune shows what gear you’re in like d1 if you in first. And also moving from m to d. When the selector is in d. Xhp tune changes the clamping forces of the torque converter and how quickly gears are changed.
Great information but I think you were talking greek to me. I get in and drive and do not know about that tech info. Good job on the video for those you are into all BMW tech. How is your car on gas in different modes? What year is your car?
