Days 6 -8 of our Summer ALPs Motorhome Tour. We head east to avoid some ferocious storms that were battering the ALPs. Chiemsee wasn't in our plans but it was, or would be a great place to visit if the weather was good. We did manage to find an indoor tourist attraction which was one of the homes of Ludwig II. It was the grandest building we'd ever been inside so the weather didn't completely ruin the day! On leaving Chiemsee we follow the sun and head south to Italy where we stop at Camping Montiggl for the night and have our first bike ride of the holiday:
