Thanks very much-just completed the AV1-it was fantastic. One further tip I would add would be to stay at Dobbaico rather than Cortina as it means that you will be at Lago di Brias much earlier on your first day

May I know which number of Tabacco map did you use for Alta Via 1? Did you use the app or paper map (where to buy)? Thank you!

So what happens if you DONT book? can they turn you away? make you sleep outside?? I plan to do it soon with no bookings, but i am just 1 person and in these corona times im sure it will not be busy...
