There oldies but they sound amazing. That's when Altec Lansing was quailty.I would say they're about 15 years old now and you could buy them as add-ons from Dell with a desktop.I have always run Logitech and Altec for years.I personally just picked up a set on the Goodwill auctions. For $15 shipped.I was down!
I have a problem with the main speaker, the connector has like 5 pins, and 2 of them are broken. How could I fix that, and is there a way I could replace it. Please, let me know.
I have these speakers from years ago. Can it be connected to a Lenovo all in one i just bought? I noticed two connection cables on the unit but i only have one connection on the computer?
This speaker system uses (2) 3.5mm plugs. The green 3.5mm plug goes to the two front speakers, and the black 3.5mm plug connects to the two rear speakers. Both 3.5mm plugs need to be connected to the device simultaneously to play out of all 4 speakers. You'll have to see if your PC has another audio output jack, or you may have to buy a 3.5mm Male To Dual Female Adapter.
R R yes..they'll work.Just leave the black unplugged and run it 2.1 with the sub and the 2 front speakers.Unless your laptop supports 4.1 which I highly doubt.
