Ok I feel like this was left out, so I'll explain it here: Why did La Plata Declare war on Sao Paulo and Parana without explanation? It's because La Plata declared war on Sao Paulo and Parana because La Plata assassinated their governments in secret when annexing half of South Brazil, so there was a reason to declare war.

Glad to See S.A.M.U. & La Plata back, but now SAMU has a competitor! This will be VERY interesting to see how this will play out in the future. Also, why did La Plata declare war on Sao Paulo and Parana without explanation?

I should've said this in the description but, whatever I'll say it here: La Plata declared war on Sao Paulo and Parana because La Plata assassinated their governments in secret when annexing half of South Brazil, so there was a reason to declare war.
