“The apple doesn’t fall far from the dickhead” a truly beautiful quote which will change the world Edit: how tf did this post get 7k likes, I literally copied what the video creator said 😂
The best part about the ending is that the principal proves that he knows 2+2=4, meaning that he's not as stupid as the parents, but is simply caving in to the parents' demands. It's a cautionary tale of how education ought to run and what happens when we give power to anti-empiricism.
That shows us the reality of US woke culture. Oh and also Christianity itself. 1+1+1=3. Trinity is BS. God should be one. That trinity thing is destroying your logic. And also God no need to have kid and cant reproduce. GOD JUST CREATE STUFF. NOT BREED. The hell is that "jesus is son of god" 🤣😂 GOD IS 1 AND WITH MANY HELPERS THAT WE CALL THEM 'ANGELS". Imagine a genius man that have many robots and programs to run his house. It's something like that. But God can create anything. Even space and time. For atheists, they cant explain the space-time creation btw. It's either you believe in 1 God or you become atheist. There is no inbetween. You all that against me, are the characters that depicted in the movie that against that teacher. "free thinker" my arse. It's your logic that broken! To be free thinker, one must have some basic logic, manners, moral, and stuff. That's the base. If they dont have, then they're just delusional dumb people. Edit: glad that this movie exists 😅. To show the world that so many people are actually like those people that against the teacher. Bunch of dumb people. WITHOUT saying it literally.
@@marvenlunn6086Throughout the movie the teacher was being ridiculed for saying 2+2=4. By the end he proved them wrong because now the principle finally admits 2+2=4 after firing her so he tricked him into paying her more by using his views.
@Nowsh1nyes but it would have been smarter for her to say they owe her 20002000 cuz by their logic 2000+2000 should equal that cuz they simply combine the two numbers together
Not really, the math changes when larger numbers are added. Example smaller numbers (like 2+2) are just put next to each other, the larger numbers (anything over 9) are not used the same way. In the new math they can have any, and all (or none) possibilities. hahaha - sure... LoL

No? If a parallel universe existed it would be different, as it wouldn't have the same laws of physics and knowledge. Something like 2+2 is 4 can be applied in real life but in another hypothetical universe it would be definitely be different
Seeing Mrs. Wells joyfully turning this way of thinking who ruined her life against the principal was so hilariously satisfying. Loved this short but effective story.
@@psypherul1171 The reason math is so hard like this is because 0’s can’t exist, if 2+2 was to equal 22 then the thought of there even Being a digit place/ a separation between 220,000,000 and .0000022 is nothing, so acctualy the real answer to the 2000+2000 is also 22

This would've gone just fine if for every answer the kids gave at the beginning, the same concept was used for their school fees. For example, if the tuition fees were 200 and the additional fees 200, just ask the boy's parents for 200200 dollars coz that's how their son wants to calculate. Or if a pen costs 2 dollars and he buys two, get 22 dollars from him. Simple as that. And I'm glad that the ending was just like that.

if im not mistaken, ms. wells is entitled to $20,002,000 instead of $22,000 at the end of the movie, since 2000 + 2000 is added by just putting the numbers closer together based on this alternative universe's rules of addition. honestly, she deserves that much money for multiple reasons tbh
And the fact the principal actually said she needed to apologize to the parents for saying that, especially after the choice of words the parents used towards her. Like if that was me, I would’ve just straight up quit on the spot rather than work for someone who claimed that I’m the one to blame there.
The way she just calmly said "It's 22,000 dollars." was amazing. It was a very satisfying ending. Edit: OMG! I've never gotten 1.2k likes before!! Tysm you guys🥰🥰
This is crazy... I love it It is so satisfying when she uses their incorrect knowledge against them in the end (and if she REALLY wanted to nail the coffin shut with one fell swoop; she could’ve said “don’t you mean 20002000?” If it works like that in their idiotic views)
It annoys me how accurate this movie is to real life. I know many teachers who are told by the parents that they know better when they have no clue what the issue even in. And if that isn't real enough to this world the teachers are then asked to apologize for the parent's outburst!!!

the short film looks cool but the moral is dubious. 1.on the one hand, the way it talks about bias seems like a criticism of conservatism (which is a good criticism from my point of view). 2. but on the other hand the way they say that everything can be discussed and from the facts to the protest seems like a criticism of progressism (which for me is a bad criticism). for example 1. the teacher is taught about a storic figure that over time people began to realize that the figure was bad but the parents think that the teacher is biased not that the figure was badly intentioned. 2. the teacher is taught about gender saying that she has only two and the child says that she does not have only two and parents and politicians say that this issue is under discussion and that she was a Nazi. for me, the film tends a lot towards the second option which, for me, makes it lose points. sorry for the english this is not my primary language actually i speak portuguese but i used google i hope your understanding
The principal walked right into that one, if she had said it was $4000 then it would have been seen as the school agreeing with her on how math worked, and if she had said otherwise, which she did, then he can’t say she’s wrong because then it would’ve been seen the school was taking her “stance”

This reminds me of when I call my student's parents to inform them that their child was in a fight, and their first response isn't, "What, that's awful. Is everyone ok?!?!" It's, "So, did they win, or not?!?!" Edit: Based on the replies, it would seem I wasn't very clear about the situation, so..... 1. This has occurred with SEVERAL parents, not just one kid, one fight. 2. Most of these calls are about repeat offenders, so the parents are already well aware of their child's behavior. They just don't care enough to reprimand them, and work with me to put an end to it. 3. These are NOT bullied students. In fact, the majority are the bullies. Which, based on the parent's reaction, isn't all that surprising. 4. I realize this isn't exactly the same as what happens in this movie, my comparison is about how some parents refuse to acknowledge that their children have done anything wrong. Instead, doubling down on it, blaming everyone but themselves. *I don't necessarily think the parents are out of line for inquiring as to the outcome, as long as it comes from a place of love, and concern, as opposed to, "Hahaha, my kid is a bad ass, yours is a loser".
Depending on the child, that's an reasonable response. If I've gotten into a fight in the school, that'd be the first question my parents would've asked.

As a teacher myself, I can confirm that subtly, schools and parents are heading down this path. Give it 20 years and you will probably see this very debate 😂 More and more teachers are quitting

Respecting others opinion is important, but realistically, the world is not just a bunch of opinions There are some facts in this world that you can’t just deny, like science and math It doesn’t matter if you think the world should work the way you want it to and just give in to what you think because it’s your opinion, realistically, it’s not going to work like that So, while you accept other people’s thoughts of how things should work, also remember that there are facts that just tell how the world would work, and you can’t alter it no matter how hard you try
Not saying you’re wrong, but just want to add that there a plenty of well known “scientific facts” that are actually just theories that have been proven through testing. The thing is, these “facts” will always have questions to be answered about them and new discoveries are made every day, so science isn’t exactly a stagnant field with only facts. Even units, like the kilogram, used to be changing because it was dependent on an existing object that did not constantly maintain the same mass over many years.

Assuming he is 7 here, add a year according to their definition and he becomes 71. Which puts him out of range allowed to be studied and kindergarten.
Well only if the terms being added together are strings. If the variable x and y were declared as an integer and added together, the answer would be the sum not 'xy'.
If I were transported to a world similar to that, I would've gone absolute insane. Imagine being the smartest man alive and those people around you can't even add 2 + 2.
1:02 3 is equal to 6 if anyone was interested. Basically, the number you're multiplying is getting smaller by 1 each time. So it would be: 8 x 7 = 56 7 × 6 = 42 6 x 5 = 30 5 x 4 = 20 4 is skipped but it would be 4 x 3 = 12 Then 3 x 2 = 6
Except those types of questions shouldn't exist I understand that saying "8 = 56" is part of the question, but the notation just doesn't work 8 does not equal 56 Its just a stupidly formatted question 3 can be either 3 or 6, I guess
No, the answer is actually 0.69696969. If you pick the polynomial (x-0.1)(x-0.2)(x-0.69696969)(x-4)(x-20)(x-30)(x-42)(x-56) there are 8 answers (x=0.1,x=0.2,x=0.69696969,x=4,x=20,x=30,x=42,x=56). He is clearly referring to the K-th smallest term, so if it's 1 the answer would be 0.1, and if it's 2 the answer would be 0.2. Thus, considering the polynom, the answer is clearly 0.69696969. If you didn't get my point I'm basically saying that these sequence problems are stupid and you can justify anything with a clever use of polynoms.
