Next in our How To series, we're focusing on the Hario Mizudashi Cold Brew Pot, available in 1L and 600mL sizes. These cold brew pots, made by Japanese manufacturer Hario, produce a similar type of coffee concentrate as the Toddy. These pots have a smaller capacity for brewing, but are more durable and portable, and fit easily into the fridge. The concentrate the cold brew pot makes is not as strong as what the Toddy produces, which works well for people who like a lighter brew.
