In (1916-1918) I think the Hungarian King send his negociator in Bucarest and propose that but of corse the Romanian King of that time was scare of the past and refuse to Unite whit Hungary in a dualist state on the model of Austria-Hungary
Why cant Romania and Hungary unite?.We could just expel the nationalists from both sides,give Transylvania an autonomous status,and educate the newer generations to not hate eachother,and Voilà! Peace!
