@@SanDiegoImmigrationlawyer thanks for the reply. can you expand on item 1? just to clarify I am the one on H1B and the one who qualifies for family based green card. even though i have bsc and msc in computer science i am not "extraordinary" at least i dont think so based on the points i am seeing that are needed so i dont think eb1 or O will be applicable. L is not an option as i dont work for company that has us offices. based on your last point if priority date becomes current while i am in usa i can adjust status as lomg as i was always in status correct? that means i have to have h1b or f1 while waitig the 10 to 14 yrs
