Only safety can't be buying factor for a car. Alto K10 vxi variant costs 5.46 lacs on road in my city (after 35k discount). Triber rxe costs 7.3 lacs , Tiago xe costs 6.18(after discount). Tiago can be considered ,but i felt it's driver seat is seat a bit higher for my liking ,comes with no music system or power windows. Also tata service and niggles in every vehicle is well known. Considering all facts I still feel Alto K10 is a good options to buy as it is good to maneuver in city traffic and maruti service is decent. P.S. i am still in process of buying the car . . I travel in bike currently highway city mixed , so even a K10 would still be a big upgrade for me.

यह सब ठीक हैं लेकिन जब सेकंड हेंड मार्केट में इन गाड़ियों को बेचने निकलोगे तब आधी किमत भी नहीं मिलेगी वहीं 2010 की आल्टो आज भी 13 साल सर्विस देने के बाद भी आधी किमत में बिक रही है। और दुसरी बात है मेंटेनन्स जो मोटरबाईक से भी कम है। बाकी अपनी अपनी चाईस है।

I wanted to buy a car a year ago and I watched this vedio, and i went to showroom and I bought it and ever since it's been amazing and i would say Lord Alto is a fast like a rocket 🚀 , if you want to buy it, just go for it and i bought the Top variant .... Buy new alto power ⚡ is so good and Maruti suzuki service centers are every where

Very Nice informative video sir & madam, Maruti is taking the advantage of its name, Alto, and also taking people for granted. But this time Maruti isn't doing well with entry level car buyers. Similarly suggest vehicles under the budget of 8-9 lakhs (compact suv with CNG)

Don't you guys think when you were comparing old K10 and new K10, the new one gets better refinement, better reliability because of the Maruti Suzuki network in India, gets better economy and some basic safety features as standard 😐and about its cost you should adjust the inflation and production cost. I know that this car is not a safe option but still you guys were comparing it to the old one, this is totally ridiculous.

Safety rating agencies are sponsored by the car parts manufacturer companies. It is a way for them to create pressure on the car manufacturers to buy parts from them. If your speed is above 90 even a 5 star safety rating a car can't save your life.

Understand specific car company policy first. If one knows it's a unsafe car then how would one drive with it? Other than that if one want good mileage then how would one drive? Basically buying car comes at rare occasions, everybody wants thier cut.

But surprisingly,new gen Alto K10 has recently scored 2 🌟 in gncap , which is safer than WagonR, Swift,S-presso and Celerio.Even safer than Renault KWID. Although other than base varient @ 4 lakh(basically,it is a 4 wheeler,can carry 4 - 5 people at a time ) Tiago,Magnite including 2nd hand cars are better choice than this dabba

Main issue is road-side assistance. Road side mechanic can repair an Alto but. It the cars u have mentioned. Maruti spare parts are easily available. That’s why public buys a Maruti car.
