O vídeo ensinando é top, se for usar toda essa estrutura pra preparar uma fachada no Brasil, o metro quadrado fica caríssimo! Tem poucas empresas nesse patamar de produção, na maioria onde eu me encaixo , usa se topia ou maquita com disco de 45 graus. Mas apesar das dificuldades trabalhamos, mas o que peca é falta de mão de obra confiável pra agilizar os trabalhos.
I groove my alucobond panels with a V router bit the way you do, but when I bend the panel, the paint coating on the out side edge of the bend cracks and leaves a gap. How can I prevent that?
It sounds like your v router bit is not adjusted properly,it leaves bihind some substance of a rubber on a routed line,try to adjust it and test it on a waste piece of an ACM until you have a fine edge.
