Aluminium Eagle on a Kelbrand CAM CNC Router 

Machining an eagle head from a 25mm thick aluminium plate on a customers 800mm x 700mm standard series cnc table as part of final testing before collection.
This machine includes a material height sensor, closed-loop stepper motors, aluminium t-slot table and our manual tool changing system (MTCS).
Our MTC system automatically measures newly inserted tools and retains the job zero height, which is especially useful in situations where the reference surface has been machined away.
