My 10 yr old brother came up and asked, "What's this called?" and I said, "Parkour..." and then he said *this* ,"Then Parkour isn't about showing off, it's about inspiring." JEEZUS MY YOUNGER BROTHER SOUNDS LIKE A WISE OLD MAN.

Take the climbing abilities of monkeys and swiftness and grace of cats and the flair of humans have to make everything look ten times cooler then they need to and you've got what we see in this vid

Oliver Cazier Not sloppy as much as just a summersault straight down the spine. I just watched one of your videos and you did a proper PK roll outside - then you were in the gym and you did a summersault again. Could it be that on soft surfaces you simple don't bother?
Field of View Depending on the movements forward rolls can work better, especially if the ground is soft and you don't have to worry about hitting the spine. Front facing acrobatics like this would be an example, try it out. We focus on teaching shoulder rolls but also do every other kind.
Oliver Cazier Ah, the old "you have to make movies to be a movie critic" fallacy. Pathetic. P.S. I don't upload my own PK videos on this channel because I value online anonymity.
