@@Allysmountainwalks6462 yeh it would have been too risky on my own Ally as there was still snow on the paths. No I never saw any of the goats and I was up there for quite a while🤣👍

Thanks Charlie, glencoe is my fav go to place and to get conditions like that it’s even more special. Thought it was gonna be real windy on top as it was quite breezy on way up, but the wind just died down. Could’ve stayed up there all day. Yeh looking forward to doing the ridge in June. As you say Frank a cracking wee hike in its own right, you’ll love the ridge when you do it, hopefully get another shot myself during summer, can’t decide which was the bigger thrill, the Aonach ridge or over the pinnacles on Liathach, both superb and both offering stunning if different views. Cheers Steven, yeh been up there a few times now and yeh it’s a cracking hike in its own right. 1st time I did it I hiked from the devils staircase to Am Bodach and back along the main road. Cheers mate, the only time I’ve seen glencoe better was that day I showed in the footage when me and hen broon did the wee bookle and the snow was even down at the car park. But that hike up to Am Bodach was special, I could have stayed up there for hrs it was that good. I’ll defo take the drone for the AE in June and see what I can get. It isn't often I comment about personal matters on social media. But your vlog brought back some wonderful memories of Easter 38 years ago. Hadn't intended to do the Aonach Eagach but after a picnic and wine atop Am Bodach with a lady friend, bravado took over! Utter Stupidity given there was still a wee bit of snow and melting ice on the pinnacles. I'm still ashamed of myself in several ways, but WTF.... the Aonach Eagach on a fine day with some white stuff. Excellent vlog, Frank. Thanks bro.

That was brilliant Frank. Can I ask, see when you summited An Bodach was there much scrambling involved and the bad step you mentioned was this beyond the summit or before mate?
Cheers for the watch Marcus.👍 There’s a couple wee hands on sections on the way up, but there very easy. The bad step onto the Anoch Eagach is after the summit. So if you were just going up to Am Bodach is very straightforward. Hope this helps. ATB Frank

@@marcomclean3605 Marcus I’ve done both munros from either end. If you want to do the munro you have to drop down the bad step from Am Bodach to get to the munro. You could also approach it from the Kinlochleven side which is easier. If you’re just going up to Am Bodach which is a munro top then it’s no bother. Hope this helps.
