The only time I feel good is when I am eating right and exercising. People want to get around doing that just like I used to, but when I gave it a chance It really works. I’m not perfect, but when I skip days of doing the right thing. I can feel it in my mood and body.

Thank you Ryan for blessing us with your videos. Just so you know there are people out there that think about you every day and the courage it takes to make videos like these for just helping others. Just because you are gone does not mean you don't make an impact in my life and others and I just wanted to let you know I miss you very much!

I love you Ryan. You have helped me so much throughout the years. As a father, I can relate to you and consider you a brother, even though you never knew me. Although you're no longer with us, you still help me to this day and many others immensely. I hope we meet on the other side. I love you brother.

Ryan, You are a Great Encourager!!!♥️ Thank You for explaining these things to all of us. Once I quit, things started getting better right away. I personally went through a depression over all the things I had done and lost, while I was using. It is a process. Now, One year and three months later, I am seeing huge change!!! Good Change!!!♥️😊 Setting goals, eating right, exercising and learning to forgive myself have been very helpful to me. I would like to know what your opinion of Kratom is. If you can’t answer, due to all the people that swear by it, I will completely understand. Take care and Thanks for What You Are Doing!!! You gave me the courage to stop!!!😊♥️

Great subject. I was wondering when this would lift. If not, my thought is what the hell. Just go back. I haven’t seen that pink cloud, and I know what you are talking about with. Got it when I quit drinking. This is so much different.

Try out "greens", mixtures. Has all your veggies and fruits in one drink and it has probiotic for the belly stuff. Works great for me. It has taken my energy levels to the next level during withdrawal.

I have depression to begin with....been on opiate pain meds for 2 years now. When I try to get off I am so depressed that I literally can not function at all. The only time I feel ok is if I take the meds.... I want to get off them and not be depressed and live normally. I do have other factors to look at though..... I am a paraplegic with a 2.5 year old, living with my childs father who is a narcissist. Getting out and starting over and being able to take care of myself fully plus my child seems too far out of reach at the moment due to severe muscle spasticity....... I feel like my life is over!!!!!!!!!

I am so sorry for what you are going through. I really hope you find happiness in your life and I know it's not easy. I was an opiate addict for 12years using every day and now I am almost 4 years clean cold turkey. I still struggle with depression and anxiety with suicidal thoughts living in darkness every day. I hope you win sending LOVE friend

Not being high but a little pissed off will make people respect you more, so that’s a plus. Also, what about aminos like DLPA and NAC? I swear by Sam-e. Shoot, I knew the words “I’m depressed” pre-puberty.

I'm at day 16 withdrawing from poppy seed tea... my question is... when is the "normal" feeling going to come back.... is there something natural to promote the brain to heal quickly ... like I'm going insane with how shit I feel ... I mean 16 days is long enough u no

Normal feels worse as far depression. If you started taking opiates because you were suicidal and they make you happy then going back to normal actually doesn't make you feel better mentally. My body feels more energized but that is the only benefit. I doubt itll be long before I commit suicide so I don't agree with some of what was said. But other than wanting to die and googling methods most of the day....I feel okay.

Ryan I am to almost 60 days of off of subs. I have a very badd tooth that needs to be pulled but I'm afraid I won't feel the The happy gas will I feel the happy gas I won't go to the dunnest unless I know I can feel the happy gas Do you think I will feel the happy gas bean 60 days off of the subs????
@supoaldb
@supoaldb 6 лет назад
The dentist uses novocaine which works differently than opiates. Your opiate tolerance has nothing to do with the effectiveness of novocaine or lidocaine. I've had teeth pulled before and novocaine is plenty to prevent pain. Most oral surgeons will not put you under just to pull teeth.
