Friends, if you need more info on finding a Rental Property in Puerto Vallarta, check out my step by step guide here: soklanevza.teachable.com/p/how-to-find-a-great-rental-in-puerto-vallarta-fast
Yes absolutely, everything is worth trying especially if they have walkable restaurants, beaches… wonderful lifestyle. I say why not😊 you only live once❤
I guess I don't get it. You can rent a 2 bdrm apt in half of Florida for $1500 - $1600 a month. Cant see myself moving all the way to Mexico for essentially the same thing? The unit doesnt even have an ounce of Spanish charm.
I would like to come visit Puerto Vallarta not sure how to go about getting a place I'm thinking about moving there would like to stay for a month and get to know the place then come back and sell my house I need someone to show me around
The apt has no Mexican flair whatsoever. These aptmts are a dime a dozen in any large Canadian or US city. Other than the beach and weather I'm not seeing your attraction to Mexico.
I love Mexico, I love Mexican culture but it doesn’t mean I HAVE to change my personal preferences when it comes to choosing where I want to live , I love Modern style and nothing wrong with this.
@LarissaSokla There is modern Mexico style. I think you'd be just as happy in the Caribbean or Costa Rico or anywhere there is a beach with good weather. Nothing wrong with that at all.
PV is awesome. The food, culture, ppl and the weather is also awesome. I hate snow, crappy weather and how expensive it is in canada. I would move to PV in a new york minute, but hubby wont.
I don't think people realize how great of a price that apartment is for Rivera Nyarit. I haven't been able to find anything half that nice for around $3,500 for a 3 bedroom there. It is not cheep in PV or Nuevo, not at all. It is a resort town, not at all like other areas of Mexico. I've been looking on Craigs list and it is so hard to find anything nice.
Hello Larissa, The apartment is gorgeous as I love minimal modern. The price for the 3 bedroom at $25k pesos is a great deal based on the peso today it is only $1,376.65 per month. With PV and Nuevo being so expensive, if I wanted to move like you, I would jump on the apartment and the beautiful beach being so close, I’m already packing 😊
I looked at some AirBnB rentals in that very same complex. Very nice. I just couldn't find any that were decorated nearly as nice as the one you showed in your video. Also, we've been coming to Nuevo Nayarit for several weeks in the winter time for a few years now. We love it there. We've been to that public beach many times.
Thanks for your opinion Rick, it's actually gone up to $40K in the last 4 weeks.... Where are you from? Are rents better there and is there beachfront 5 minutes away?
