am i out of touch? daily life of a founder, 35 days to launch 

It's so sad that were even talking about racism in 2024 in America. Some people here choose to stay ignorant and I for one hate that it's still affecting people. I don't think you're out of touch, but I know what it's like to live outside of the United States and not be absorbing all the negative news every day and how beneficial that is. Would your life be different if you grew up in Colombia? Yes of course it would. Say what you want about being born in the United States but no matter your background here you won the lottery. Anyone that has traveled, especially to our closest neighboring Countries in Latin America knows the opportunities that we enjoyed for education, Health, and standard of living in the United States was way above that anywhere else. Those benefits have changed more recently as more Countries gain better governance and opportunities for their citizens so it's different for kids now then it was for our generation. As you know I'm more aware of how toxic it has been getting recently in the States since i have been also living here and already have my plans to leave permanently very soon. Life is to be lived, and I can only hope more people will discover there may be better options for them in other Countries and maybe if enough people migrate away from the United States there may be a conversation here about how to fix what is going wrong.
