I feel bad for the baby not her tbh. She should just go with her original plan and get an ab*rtion. Also breakup with your boyfriend, he's nta either but you will always resent him for it no matter what he says or does a baby is a very permanent thing.

I think it depends on the state, especially since she is 16. She should talk to her doctor, and request that the parents not be told. She can also look into adoption without her parents. The boyfriend's parents need to be supportive, they caused a lot of the problems.

OP’s not the a-hole, I don’t understand why the bf told the parents about the pregnancy when they’re already planning on aborting. Thanks to his stupidity, now they’re both going to be forced to be parents, & now he’s really going to have a reason to be stressed.

You know what going to happen? The child is going to grow up with a mom that is forced to be around them by grandparents who never help but never stop chriping about how they're a gift (a gift they spend no time with because 'it's the mother's duty') Their dad is going to leave first chance he gets because the mother resents him for having a direct hand in her not getting an abortion which turns her abusive to her ex and the child They'll be kicked out at 18 when they are no longer useful for free money Maybe (*MAYBE*) the dad actually cares and can help the child find some kind of a life but, if not, they're going to end up another homeless drug overdose case. All because a woman didn't have say over her own body.

@@kaievoke she is 15. Underage, no job, no house and parents who are against abortion. I am not saying sex is bad I am saying she willingly made the choise and took the risk to have sex which resulted in pregnancy and that's her fault as well as the boyfriend's.

That’s what this is about. Punishing women for having sex. Notice how there’s no consequences for the father? They’re kids. They made a mistake (and probably were poorly educated on how to prevent the pregnancy). You shouldn’t have to ruin three lives (mom dad and baby because baby will grow up being unwanted and possibly even abused because the parent was unprepared) because you want to treat sex as some dirty punishable act instead of a natural thing people want to try. I agree they probably shouldn’t have had sex in the first place as teenagers but attitudes like yours help nobody.

im most likely gonna get flack but ngl i don't feel bad for depressed, pregnant teens if u don't want to risk being a parent or a traumatic @bortion so young Don't do Adult Things even if u were carful i just get irritated hearing them whine about how their life is ruined when they shouldn't have been having sex to begin with (but i am of course sympathetic towards those pregnant via SA)

Basically you don’t feel bad for the pregnant child, or her baby. You believe placing an irresponsible teen, who already made a poor decision, and can’t even care for herself in charge of a baby is a good idea. Some teens aren't educated enough, that's their parents' fault. Plus in most countries the age of consent is 15, which means they were old enough for sex, but that doesn't mean they're old enough to raise a kid while being kids themselves. They're kids ffs. Kids make mistakes and they SHOULDN'T be punished by something so horrible as being forced to be parents at such a young age.

It is the parent fault and kids do make mistakes, but they’re still accountability for them doing something that they weren’t educated on and I’m not saying kid should be punished, but I just don’t feel sympathy for them when they’re doing things they shouldn’t be doing at that age

''They're doing things they shouldn't be doing at that age'' while i think sex should happen only between 2 adults, it's still LEGAL, so saying they ''shouldn't be'' doing that just doesn't make sense. What they should've been was educated by their parents about proper protection. If you can't feel sympathy for 2 kids being forced into becoming parents for a SINGLE mistake, you're just heartless. @@havidikevidi i just rewatched the vid and op said "they were carful" so i can assume the parents taught her safety sooooooo its the kids fault cuz they should have at least common sense to not do it cuz their age also op didn't even say where they were located so they could be at a place where the AOC is 18 or 20 so it still could be ILEGAL you sound like someone defending a cheater, sex is never a mistake its a choice and kids should accept the consequences of their choices no matter how shitty they are instead of B!itching and M@ning and if that makes me "Heartless" then there are some really soft people in this world and im not sorry
