I truly appreciate your interest in Spain, most restaurants have a 3 course menu that ranges from 10$ to 15$ including coffee, a drink and dessert. The Farm's or Municipal Market is own by the local government but each stall is a private owned business, I highly recommend visiting the markets because they reflect the essence of the culture and the people of each place. You can buy food and property at a much cheaper price in other places, these people live in a fancy place. That is interesting. In America, it is the opposite. I have been in mansions that have all the light switches in an equipment closet using home automation equipment leaving only a few switches in each room often the exact same color as the wall they are mounted on.

A la larga sale mejor comprar una vivienda pero los bancos sólo dan un 80% del dinero que vale una propiedad para poder comprarla, entonces ahorrar ese dinero es complicado y mucha gente no tiene otra salida que alquilar. Sí, si el problema viene sobretodo por los pisos turísticos, no gente que reside aquí todo el año, aunque hay más gente de otros países que viene aquí y que reside, no sólo gente americana, por ejemplo hay bastantes colonias inglesas. Pero el problema principal es que las leyes no ayudan a la gente de aquí a que podamos esquivar esta bala, que es lo que se supone que deberían hacer los gobiernos, puesto que se considera que deberíamos tener un estado de bienestar y nos estamos acercando a un modelo de libre mercado para el que no estamos preparados y que la gente de aquí rechaza.
Hace poco hablaba con un amigo sobre el tema, según él el país se esta vendiendo a extranjeros que vienen con mayor renta mientras los españoles tienen problemas para acceder a la vivienda, en mi opinión es una verdad parcial que no enfoca el problema, si tenemos una renta mucho mas baja comparada con estadounidenses o alemanes se debe a los altos impuestos de este país y a la baja productividad por hora, no significa que el español sea menos trabajador que el trabajador alemán o estadounidense pero, debido al entorno donde trabaja y especialmente a los sectores en los que se enfoca España donde el peso de la industria ha ido decreciendo desde mediados de los 80 hace que por lo general una hora de trabajo en este país genere menos riqueza que en otros, la solución no pasa por aislarnos si no por incrementar nuestra productividad y nuestra renta así sera mas complicado que los españoles se vean expulsados de los centros de las ciudades. Por otra parte, el principal problema es la falta de construcción en las zonas donde hay mas demanda, se construyen pisos por debajo de la demanda que se estima, mientras eso sea así ya pueden venir mas o menos extranjeros que las casas serán cada vez mas inaccesibles, luego en España hay autenticas mansiones que cuestan menos dinero que un pequeño piso en una gran ciudad pero el problema es que están en zonas del país en las que no hay gente joven y nadie quiere mudarse allí. Those switches are common all over Europe, and I don't think any European would see anything strange about them or think they are huge, because they are like that everywhere. I didn't know that outside of Europe they would be considered weird.
They are just so much bigger than ours. Like I said in the video, some people have 6 or 7 or 8 switches next to each other on a wall. That would look insane with those large paddles. JMO.

A hundred euro is per everything proly, I mean paella and all the rest. A paella which is for about 4 people, costs around 100 euro. People usually go to a restaurant usually on weekends, so 4 friends expend about 25 euros each for a delicious paella infront of the beach. Not expensive at all

None of us would consider it expensive to eat a good paella by the sea for just over 30 euros per person. But you will also find very good paellas in Valencia included in the "menu of the day" for less money. Spaniards love eating and drinking outside the home, it is in our genes, it is an important trait of our character. We already assume that part of our salary ends up in bars and restaurants. Regarding the rates for morgages in Spain, I got one with 2,85%, but its because it includes bonus. For this bonus you have to hire some insurances with the bank, like home insurance, life insurance or some private health insurance. The more you hire the more bonus you have for the rate calculation of your morgage. Of course, they will check also your history of debts and if you are a good "in-time" payer. In Spain its better to have less debts.

In this meal they probably left €110 on the plate, received €6 back and left that €6 as a tip. Como viejo adolescente que pasó su juventud pintando graffitis al rededor de toda España, siempre respetando las fachadas de los edificios particulares y pintando piezas (graffitis reales, no tags) estoy disgustado con tu take acerca de este tema. Es una forma que tiene nuestra juventud de retar la ley/policía y quemar adrenalina. Una forma sana que no daña más que alguna estructura, siempre (o en su gran mayoría) edificios y estructuras que son del gobierno. El gobierno nos roba millones de euros al año en unos impuestos abusivos que no van a ningún lado, más que a sus bolsillos. Si ese dinero se destinase en limpieza, no solo habría más empleo, sino que las calles se verían mejor y no hubieras llegado a pensar eso. Prefiero que la juventud de mis calles se dedique al graffiti y expresar su arte, aunque pocos tengan arte, a que se dedican al maleanteo y vayan armados por las calles, perdiendo la vida en peleas de bandas que no tienen ningún sentido más que "quedar como el más gallo" Es la primera vez que veo tu canal, llegué al minuto 17 y me encontré con esto. Que paradoja que uno que se dedica a ensuciar con su “arte”? Seguro que basura. Parte de los impuestos se destinen a limpiar tus garabatos de pijo (cada bote de pintura de 15 a 30 euros) también esos impuestos van a la policía que tu retas con tus guarradas, ya sabes no pidas nada del estado ni la pensión que también se recauda con impuestos de todos. Cool. I am disgusted with people defacing property that does not belong to them. If you want to make an impact, go door to door and find shop owners who agree with your views. Get their permission to create real art work as an artist and not a criminal. The fact is, regardless of what you did, graffiti is found on private property all the time. Just look at those beautiful wood doors where the lady used to live. That is not government property. That is not protest. That is a jackass trying to feel cool. There is graffiti art in the big city next to my town. It is art. It is allowed by the shop owners as a merial - a form of expression. You find almost no unauthorized graffiti or tagging.

Lo que mencionas se llaman murales y los murales son trabajos. Un graffitero trabaja casualmente, el resto del tiempo lo hace por amor al arte. ¿O yo te digo que te apuntes al ejército, que seas mercenario, porque te guste la armería? No. Pero bien que te gusta y bien que habrás disparado más de una vez en distintos campos de tiro. ¿Crees que eso no tiene un impacto mediambiental negativo? Me parece muy gracioso como solo un portón, el que mencionas en varios comentarios, te sujeta todo el argumento. Es tan fácil derribar tu discurso... con tan solo decirte que quien ha pintado dicho portón es un niño de 14 años, primerizo, que no entenderá el respeto por lo ajeno hasta que le toque aprenderlo, se te dice todo. A este tipo de gente se le llama "toys", palabra que viene directamente de tu tierra. Tienes que solidificar mejor la base de lo que expones porque una pintada en mal lugar no representa toda una cultura. De hecho, las pintadas en mal lugar son repudidas por nuestra cultura. Es como decirte que conozco un americano que consume fentanilo, entonces todos lo hacen. ¿Qué nivel, no? Y no, querido AMAA, no se protesta yendo puerta por puerta contra el gobierno de España. Se protesta llenando las calles y el transporte público de pintadas hasta que el problema sea tan visible, tan notorio, que genere vergüenza; vergüenza de que destinen 170M de euros a la inmigración ilegal mientras miles de españoles pasan hambruna, vergüenza de que destinen millones a nuestros políticos cuando solo son parásitos que forman más y más subramas gubernamentales para seguir enchufando distintos familiares en puestos de trabajo inventados y continuar ganando dinero a costa del contribuyente. Vergüenza de que todo esto ocurra pero no tengan la decencia de generar puestos de trabajo para los limpiadores, que cada vez son menos, con horarios abusivos y sueldos irrisorios. Se protesta colapsando un sistema que se ríe en nuestra cara, generando más pruebas de que es así, se ríen de nosotros. Ve a España y utiliza el tren, verás que los vagones están pintados desde los railes hasta el cableado superior. ¿Por qué? Porque a nuestro gobierno no le importa la integridad del pueblo, le importa la integridad de su cartera. A todo lo demás, sí son propiedades del gobierno. Que puedas ver uno, dos, tres casos donde los críos pintan donde no tienen que hacerlo.. es vuelta a la misma discusión de antes; no representa una mayoría. Y oye, me parece genial que se apoye el arte en la ciudad colindante de donde vives. Eso está genial. ¿Pero a que si pintas donde no debes y te atrapan, las consecuencias son realmente duras? Pues aquí no, aquí te dan un bocadillo en el calabozo y después de 4h te puedes ir a casa, con una multa que no vas a pagar por declararte insolvente. ¿Entiendes por dónde van los tiros? El problema es estructural desde arriba hacia abajo, el de abajo hace lo que le permita el de arriba. ¿O no entiendes bien la consecuencia de las malas políticas? Tienes ejemplos prácticos como los vagabundos bajo tierra de Las Vegas, o los shop liftings de -900€ en Detroit. Hay que ser consecuente con lo que se dice y se cree AMAA.

I hate grafiti as much as yo do. In Spain authorities are not harsh with these vandals. I would put them in jail one night at least (0 tolerance). It is an eysore this blight. On other things, I don't mind Americans living in Spain. I also worked in the US 5 years. I bet you integrate well and can offer new things to us.
In America, you can get serious jail time for defacing a statue or monument, etc. You can get up to 10 years in prison for damaging a national monument.
