always nice to hear about someone new (to me) - were you thinking of a specific track? I keep coming up with Silverlight when searching. FWIW she's not hiding her musical influences at all on this album so could well be the case.

It's so cool to know she sings The Dresden Dolls and then this one also.... I consider this genre New Wave / Punk. But that's just me.....

Music evolves that way anyway :-) punknews/org talked about her 'open theft' of 'My Sharona' on the 'Melody Dean' track - I'd call it a tribute-cover really, she has 'my sharona' in the lyrics too, but it doesnt (seem to) get a mention in the credits. When downloading the album though, she recommended donating at least x amount to pay for the covers. Great album anyway :-)

Dude, there's a slightly shorter but otherwise the same version of the video with Spanish subtitles, just search for the song and it should pop up on the first page :)
