Without a doubt, this year will be worse than the last. I lost a lot of money last year as a result of bad investment choices that I would not have made if I hadn't been so worried about my portfolio. I kept investing, but I couldn't determine whether to start paying for a house. In the end, I sold my positions, and the house needed more work than I had planned. I'm not sure how long I can keep going like this
True. My portfolio was diversified across several markets with the help of a financial planner, and were able to achieve over a million in net profit among high dividend yield equities, ETFs, and bonds. It is vital that you have a variety of exposure, including in firms that are currently generating cash flows.
Try to invest in vizag 10 richest city in india GDp of 53 billion. Hyderabad GDp 80 billion Future hub of India. amaravathi will take 10 to 20 years to become like vizag. Ap CM also said it is financial capital of AP. airport metro lot more coming. only film studio of ap is in vizag . It's just suggestion your chose just telling what vizag composition city is like Hyderabad in teleangana

If these rates organic growth anyone can invest. If these rates are hyped being a capital then investors will be scooped. Everyone knows that Jagan never accept Amaravathi as a capital even after 10 years. So investment in Amaravathi is always volatile.

More hype then hyderabad..More sellers no buyers... Andhra fans also not ready.. farmers want to sell off when hype is there and buy in cheap areas...this hype will end soon...this has happened in other New cities...only buildings but no people...hype..hype...this prices no returns..even after 5 years same prices....
Prices are already so hyped up, don't rush to buy for this high price. Better go a little far and buy agricultural lands and they will get good returns. The next 5-10 years returns are already added now so you have to wait for 5-10 years to see any returns

Capital Ante gov mana Ap people andariki 100 Sq yards per family ivvandi and gov delopment chesi companies vaste city develop avuthundhi but amaravathi Ala Ledu, Lokesh ki 5000 acres land in amaravathi on binami names, Narayana ki 4000 acres land, Murali Mohan ki 800 acres, Lingamaneni ki 3000 acres land undhi, inka all kamma leaders bought in amaravthi before capital declaration , but all middle class people bought in Nuzivudu as CBN has diverted people first with different places and let people investments ruined them finally CBN informed all tdp kamma leaders to buy in amaravathi , now they are going to hype the prices as they want to do real estate and gain big margins , originally these lands belong to poor formers but they got nothing till now, amaravathi is scam, I am really disappointed with political land scam this will bring so much financial inequality for next 1000 generations due to this land scam, our kids will work as slaves for those who bought acres of lands in amaravathi for so cheap before capital due to confidential information leakage , I don’t know when people understand this concept and realise their loss, but people are happy their lands in the other city increase due to CBN but what he did is beyond people imagination that led to loss for next 1000 generations
Don't make public fools, now amaravathi is at very intial stage development. Whereas hybad is 400 years history. After development only land rate increases. Be careful with hype of real estates

If anybody cannot buy in Amaravati, they will buy in Mangalagiri or Tenali or Pedaparimi, Tadikonda etc etc Lot of villages, towns near by which we can go in 30 - 40 mins 🤷🏼♂️
@@VenkataNaveenKumarGanta 40k / sq ft is a reasonable price brother. Vijayawada rates are like that only from many years. 🙄 And What about Tadikonda, Pedaparimi etc. If you have heart u will find a way.
@@venkatk4574 Or you can buy in North Guntur area. Or Vijaywada west area. (around Ibrahimpatnam) 1 Once the hype goes out the prices will reduce. Or 2 it can be like Hiteck city of Hyderabad. Nobody lives in Hiteks except for rich. But everybody have to work in Hiteks. Most of the middle class people live in Kukatpally, Secunderabad, Miyapur, Kondapur etc areas. 🤷🏼♂️ Anywhere max u can get 30 - 40k price. 🤷🏼♂️
@@TarunKanthK I am basically from Vijayawada.... vjd city growing rationally being local I call tell you how land rates grown in vjd city...if you example bhavanipuram in 2014 it was 35k to 40k. Per square yard...now after 10 years avg per square yard cost here in vjd is 65k to 80k which is decent and reasonable as city has much advantage with connectivity and medium infrastructure in terms of road, rail and airport...
Hype market in Amaravati, it will be a ghost market who buys with that price, when no one is there. This is the best to buy in west and south Hyderabad markets. It will easily takes 20 years for Amaravati to develop
