In 1982, I wish I had a digital camera like those on every phone now, but is used to takes photos of the hose arrangement on a Renault Fuago, a car sold in the states. It had a simple head gasket failure and felt sure I could breeze thru it. I had it going back back together in good time, though never had worked on one. While thinking it was easy, I ran into a snag putting the water hoses in the right place, none seamed to fit where the fell back into place to lay. Dagnabitt! After several others looking, scratching our heads, it came to me that one could be on a used car lot. Pen & paper in hand, found one, opened the hood & carefully sketched the hoses like a Divinci drawing. That alone allowed me to finish! Lost my behind on that one w/flat rate pay. Great job on this project, it should go smooth.
Photos are a great way to keep track of what's what...I've not ever done it tho...Used car lots also...I still couldn't find that one hose anywhere so I just made a new one...Cheers Dean.

@@closertothetruth9209 Yep...My dad play in the Graham Kennedy IMT(Melbourne Tonight show) back before I was here and played with The Dally Wilson big band quite a bit...There's a couple of TY vids with him in them...He played 2nd Trumpet on those...Cliff Reese...As a mechanic he made a great musician.
Google John...I just looked for 2014 2.0 Amarok engine bolt specs and that came up...About 350 pages on the engine...Cheers mate..Oh and is also says 50nm + 90deg..!!
Sure was a job I didn't need...Luckily Dayco covered the head repair and the spare parts guys covered the gaskets and I'm out 6 hours so could have been worse.
