Guys ignore my left hand I was having too much fun (and too little experience) 😂 Thanks for the critiques though.

Stravinsky wrote this to drive conductors insane. There's no way you can conduct it without having every irregularly-spaced note memorized.

There's a RU-vid video of Daniel Barenboim conducting the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in a performance of this piece. His technique in marking bars is very precise. Well worth a watch.
@Didistreuy

Barenboim's eyes are in the score over the whole passage. This is really insane to conduct and play.

Bravo!!!!! As a conducting student, that's basically what we do in the right hand! It's absolutely astounding that you nailed the danse sacrale. One thing to note is you conduct the 5/16 like you conduct 2/8, so I'd suggest adding a miniflick on the 5 to prove that it is 5, or lengthen the downbeat.

Pretty good for a non trained conductor. It is one of the hardest things to conduct. You left hand needs a little more action or put it aside. Cueing is just ridiculous in this oeice

the best way to conduct this is to know the score well, then rehearsal it without the score - your expressionistic conducting will lead the orchestra to the beat, for many orchestra players do not follow every beat indicated - the important thing is a clear beat and indicating - don't over do it.

@@gabemlee Thanks! Gee, that Fatova Mingus channel is interesting.... I've seen the London Phil's original, haven't seen any mention of how they produce it, but in some more digging, I didn't know they had a whole playlist of similar stuff. Great resource. Looking at it, I bet that it's all just a lot of manual editing, with some wort of scrolling score app. I know musescore can do something like that as a base, then they add the zooms, animations. Probalby just a matter of doing the work in a video editing suite. Here's London's playlist. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HNs4MNH2EMI.html
