It's a great truck.. Took the chap a very long time to build as its all made from hand 😊

Thank you, this truck is a friends of mine, he hand built the whole thing and apparently had a trailer in the works but I haven't seen him since before the pandemic but as life is slowly resuming to normal, I'm sure I'll have another update in the future 👍👍

This is mostly scratch built, the parts have been machined and I believe the running gear is from a mobility scooter 😊

Dolly tires...they come in 10 1/2" ,are capable of holding 250 pounds and are exactly the right scale

@@gaskelldave Hi Dave.. Leyland meetings are every second Saturday of every month.. I'll be doing the video of this on my scx10 ii which has a castle mamba monster x esc.. No double tap for reverse, just forward, drag brake and reverse 👍 Cheers

RC TRUCKING UK scotty555babe Ah right, in that case I’ll have to swap it for a different version as I think that one is programmed for a double tap reverse ESC. You can still have a play with it, you won’t do any harm. It’s a while since I last used one but from memory to setup plug the Y lead into the throttle channel of your receiver and connect your ESC to one branch and the LED board to the other. Probably best to disconnect the motor at this stage. Then switch your power on and with the throttle in neutral press and hold the small switch and you should see the LEDs blink, keep the switch held down and apply full reverse throttle and release the switch after a second or two. The LEDs should blink again and it will be ready to use. The version you have will probably put the brake lights on the first time you go into reverse as I think it’s programmed for a double tap reverse ESC like the Tamiya TEU101bk etc but try it and see, I can soon program another to work with a fwd, drag brake and reverse type ESC and do you a swap next time I see you.
