More condos in Bangkok please. Would you rather buy a condo or is renting the better option for a long term stay?

Well, depends on price of property in your country to Thailand . If you can buy it cheaper in your country then just buy it there and only rent in Bangkok but if your country properties are much expensive than here and you plan to stay in Thailand for long term then better to buy condo here WITH good research , so is it cheaper or more expensive?

@@mastergago Agree, but I think the price of condo here expensive than Germany and in this case rent is much better . One benefit of rent is : if u don’t like that area or city then after a year you can change to another one 🙏
