Looks bloody slick mate, being electric is going to give great torque too. I think the extended seat would like sick!

I’m keen to light both wheels up if it’ll do it haha. Larger seat is is, maybe a sissy bar over the back to?

Great looking, innovative project. Unfortunately according to principles of physics relating to friction the extra drive wheel does not provide any extra grip that is not provided by one drive wheel only. The only added advantage of the extra wheel is that for a very soft grippy tyre your rubber will wear more slowly. Friction with the road surface is dependant only on the nature of the surfaces in contact and the weight of the vehicle and not with the area in contact. However good luck with the project, you will have some amazing experiences.

The beetle is stuck in the corner for now unfortunately as we are doing a caravan build in time for Easter.. hopefully do more on it next year. 🤞🤞 for another video on this bike shortly..
