first, this guy defintely knows how to work out and he is really professional. Then he just do this transformation video to motivate ppl and this doesnt mean most ppl can get this physique in one month. Because he already got enough amount of muscle before doing the fat cut, plus he must be really good at cooking and making his own food to keep on a clean diet

you people commenting negative things just don't know about bodybuilding. at the first day you can see that he had the muscles already just that he had high body fat percentage. all he need to do was to cut and do some conditioning for his muscles. you can see his biceps and his back that there are muscles. also he have done this a few times so he definitely knows how to cut, the diet and the workout intensity need to look ripped. It is definitely possible to do it in 1 month given the right diet and workout. Good job bro!

This ain't a 30 day cut. He just went from around 20% to 10%. Pro bodybuilders take double the time to do the same. Also, it's pretty obvious from about the difference of day 27/28 that it's fake.

It's possible since it looked like he was already working out. He just probably wasn't eating a very strict diet and his training wasn't high intensity. If you're training everyday, and suddenly do high intensity with a good diet. This is possible in 30 days.

But as many have states already - that progress can't be made in 1 month, even with chemicals. That's the whole selling point of his "books". But hey, what do I know. People saying he used steroids have no idea what they are talking about. He had muscles/ abs already but he had a layer of fat covering them. He had to just burn the fat to show the abs beneath and if you dedicate your time to burning the fat it can be done quicker than you think.

To all those people who think this transformation is not really 1 month, you are wrong. To all those people who think he got that muscular in just 1 month, he did not. Here's the thing, day 1 he was already muscular from working out, but with a lot of fat from overeating because of bulking, so all he did this 1 month was loose that fat by cutting calories and *voilà!* , fit as fuck. So this video is really a 30 days transformation, but to gain those muscles he has been working out A LOT more time than that... Now you can apply this to soooo many youtube videos like this... Stop being fooled ppl.

Lol yall saying this is impossible are weak. Yall have never trained hard enough. Pushed hard enough. Its extreme. I do this all the time. I've lost 35 pounds In 1 month. Intermittent fasting. 6 mile runs. 2-3 hours of weights. Doing ball work bc I'm a soccer player. Everyday. For 30 straight.. but I'm capable of doing all that bc I was a college soccer player and also played professionally.

Fahad H honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if he gained weight and actually burned more calories while also taking in more. You don’t build muscle like that and dramatically lose weight unless you were heavily overweight in the first place, which he really wasn’t, you know?

Wtf, i do 8 hours work (metal worker, welder) and I go to gym too , I make one hour exercises everyday. It's about 2 months now that I do this, I see some results in my body but not this 30 days bullshit 👎

@@bombaa9954 I do not think he used any products. I made a transformation similar to him. I did 1 year of gym, then I decided to stop. I got fat because of the stop of gym (16-17% bodyfat). So I decided to do a very strict diet (1200cal / days) and re-register in the gym, I lost 17lbs in 2months, it's little but it was enough to bring out the musculature that I have already acquired since my 1st year of gym thanks to my muscular memory. This man does not have a lot of muscle, but enough to make them stand out. In addition he contracts his muscles on the last days, with good lights, and the trick is played, it's nothing exceptional. However I agree that it is not feasible in 30 days, but maybe 2 or 3 months.

Lol yall saying this is impossible are weak. Yall have never trained hard enough. Pushed hard enough. Its extreme. I do this all the time. I've lost 35 pounds In 1 month. Intermittent fasting. 6 mile runs. 2-3 hours of weights. Doing ball work bc I'm a soccer player. Everyday. its possible if you have worked out before and just stopped and became fat, which means you still have physical endurance and strength, my dad was bulked up mad and when became fat, started going gym again when he was at 98kg, now he is just cutting the fat into muscles so you can see it clearly.
