I can't get it why there are 10k people who dislike her amazing talent at 7 yrs old. Probably they never played an instrument themselves or its pure selfishness.
@@quemades I hope she continues to play. She has a gift. I hope she chooses to use it and perfect her skills!!! Music is a universal thing that all cultures have in common…
@@shaunmcdaniels2460 Absolutely! Music is like breathing, talking, loving, hurting….or as a friend put it “Music is life!” I just watched a short film on a legendary Flamenco guitarist, now an old man, moved me to tears, both his music and the things he said about his guitar, which for him is inseparable from him, from his mouth, because its his voice - he said, but not in those exact words. I would like to think that girl now grown is still playing, music helps us through this passing show called life. Saludos desde España
I'm a classically trained guitarist (Segovia and G.I.T.); I'm stunned by Konstantina's abilities. I know she doesn't express much joy in what she's doing but that likely owns to extreme concentration. I would switch her to a 1/2-size or even a 1/4 size with a pickup instead of using a microphone if necessary to accommodate her small hands which would enable her to excel even more so as it's far more comfortable for her to play. Bravo Konstantina! To the many dolts below with their idiotic arguments to the contrary; here's where I win this debate: 1/4 and 1/2, size guitars were created by luthiers to accommodate children who wanted to learn to play guitar; 3/4/parlor, full-size and baritone were created for small/medium/large adults. Now, bugger off with you! Cheers!
I’m gonna have to play devils advocate and take the opposite position…..these aids would likely take away from training finger strength, dexterity, and future muscle memory. Easier for her now, yes. But better for her in the long run? I’m not so sure.
@@HisWordsAreTruth I disagree, I don't give a kid a pair of shoes which are the size for an adult knowing the kid is going to grow into them someday; that's stupid and cruel. Watching this child climb onto this huge guitar also looks wrong to me. Might also be a reason why she looks like she hates playing the gigantic thing. And if you want to argue further, I say; walk a mile in shoes far too big for you before responding.
@@ScotchmanGass I have, and so have countless others. If you want to say it's "stupid", I suppose that's an opinion....which could only come from the modern era really. But saying it's cruel is just complete melodrama. People have been learning this way for a very long time.
I think you know what you're talking about, when it comes to guitar playing. Have you ever met or spoken to this person or her teacher? Seems not. Maybe don't give advice until you get to know the person to whom you're giving it. Of course, it will be more effective if they solicit it- or know you well enough to trust you. Does this make sense to you?
I studied Classical Guitar for many years and believe me, it's no easy task. If this kid is this good at seven, in about 20 year, she'll probably be a world renowned Classical Guitarist.
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: ✝🌅 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. ✝🌅 Matthew 7:7-8 ✝🌅
Exactly. She handled the music, being on stage ... everything very well. The idiots criticizing probably were figuring out which shoes go on which foot at that age
This is potential is it? Looks like maybe she has passed potential and advanced to actually possessing the talent. There's hardly an issue in her technique despite the fact that her hands are extremely small for that fret board. Potential?
The piece is called "Capricho Arabe by Tarrega". Its a grade 7 or 8 level piece. Her control is truly amazing for a 7 year old. It's not the èasiest piece to play either. She did it justice. Would love to see if she's still playing & how much control she has nowadays.
Incredible performance by this talented young girl. Her left hand and fingering technique are impeccable. And look at that rest stroke! Spot the single notes she picks with her pinky on the high strings. Graceful and focused - great future!
I have painfully sat through many years of grade school through high school recitals and I can say with all honesty that I would have been in tears to have experienced any student perform with one one hundredth of her talent.
@@JonHop1 no they aren’t you can’t look at RU-vid and make that comparison since for example let’s say there are like 100 kids who play at this level at the age of 7 but that’s out of like 50 million 7 yr olds
@@sakshamsinghal5418 Bro, technology and instruments made for kids, as well as affordability has made it MUCH easier for children to play and get good... I am sure you can understand this.. This isnt 500 years ago.. We have advanced a lot and the population has massively increased.. Hence, a LOT more talented child musicians.
Wow! How can anyone give this little girl a thumbs down!? You should be ashamed of yourself! She was great. Only 7 years old and she's doing superb. Magnificent!!!!!
Absolutely brilliant!!. Melts my heart and brought tears to my eyes, can't say enough about her talent, can't get enough of this video, bless her she's a real star ❤ xx
Absolutely Remarkable Gift. I know from hard experience how difficult that piece is to play. In fact it was the piece that at 73 years old ended my musical aspirations because I couldn`t master it. This young lady more than makes up for it. Bravo.
I love listening to Classical guitar, especially when it’s played as beautifully as this young Lady does. Amazing talent. I could only ever dream of playing too that standard.
I think that she is very talented and disciplined, and she will go far, and she has a fan in me, I also play guitar and I have been practicing for some sixty years, but this little girl makes me sound like a learner. The very best of luck and I hope that she has great success in all that she does.
I think that she is amazing. Even if she doesn't go into entertainment she will always be able to entertain her friends and family with her beautiful music.
A child of 7 years old playing an Advanced piece such as this! Her teachers would be pushing her ... gently ... to share her talent with the World! She is only 7! Imagine what she is going to be like as she gets older! You can see that she is very shy here but as the audience continue to show their appreciation of all her hard work, she will gain more confidence. Bless her!
Amazing. Obviously plenty of practice helps but at 7 years old she had more talent in her body than I will have over the course of my whole life. Wonderful.
Mr. Alan Bates Practice time goes without saying other wise she would me good at plying nintendo. The fact of the matter is that she is an amazing talent taking on consideration that the guitar is a full body instrument.
those who.give thumbs down are thumbing down themselves. They have ears but deaf. They have eyes but blind. They have hearts but cold.Forgive them. This girl is more precious than billions of those thumbs down. She is wonderful with her guitar. Her inner beauty comes out ftom her fingers.I like her.God bless Konstantina
@@brammetje82 are you her next door neighbor or maybe you can tour or else would you have this so-called inside information maybe she's just talented and you ain't got the eyes of ears to notice it
This 7-year-old girl is so amazing and she plays the most beautiful tune on the guitar she sounds really great I am so happy to see a 7-year-old little girl playing the guitar it makes me feel good on the inside it makes me happy to hear the music keep up the good work
Her timing is amazing. I love how she put sort of a rhythm to it. This piece is much harder than it looks. I've been playing guitar years before she was even born and she plays it better than I do 😂
When I get a new guitar student and they start to complain about their hands being to small to make certain chords (usually guys and gals over 30), I show them videos like this...that ends the debate. Good job Konstantina. Keep up the good work... you are an inspiration to many students of all ages.
For a seven-year-old to remember an entire composition like that is remarkable enough, but she doesn't miss a note even with her little hands on that big guitar. And she looks like an angel, of course. As for all the nimrods who gave this video a thumbs-down ... there are 20 times as many voters who recognize what you're too dark and dim to see and hear, and that's encouraging.
If you look at the average numbers of both likes and dislikes over a period of 7 years it's really not that many of both. The channel creator is getting revenue based on both without regards. Notice how many have viewed without giving an up or down vote. 25+ million views.
I'm not gonna lie, these comments annoy me a bit. You have to accept that there will always be people filled with jealousy, anger, and even hatred. From there, you can appreciate the positive and grateful people even more.
There are people that just have no idea what a talent like that is especially for her hands. Being so small, that little girl is one amazing amazing child. You go, girl, you're on your way. It doesn't matter what other people think anyway. When I listen to her I am floating in the sky. Wow, I just absolutely love it.
Not even distracted by people moving around. Such natural hands. Inspiration. I will think of this when I practice this piece. No drama no trauma. Beautiful performance! Bravo!
It has been my experience as a guitar teacher that what the child hears in the home has an enormous influence in whether the child plays well or not. Do not expect your child to have a passion for Segovia when they hear Britney Spears in the home. You can almost bet that this wonderfully talented little girl comes from a home where good music is played often.
not sure my son majored in Classical guitar .played with Macon Philharmonic while in high school ..grew up to rock and jazz in our house ..he did change his major at Berklee School of music and was told by his teacher I wish you would just play classical ..you could be one of the best to play ...but she would have anyway when my kid was oh say 12 I put on John Coltrane and he came running into the room wanting to know who that was....kids like that are born with it then they are also the ones that work work work at it the gift is real and so is the work to perfect it .this girl was born with it love to see the work results at such a young age
I've been playing 40 years, playing mostly electric and steel string guitar, and I know those nylon strings are a little more forgiving, but watching those chubby, little baby fingers go up and down with such ease was SO impressive. She also kept a nice tempo with few miss-plays, but equally impressive was her ability to get up there and play all by herself with such poise and composure at seven. Really, how can you not love everything about this performance? Bravissimo!
At 10 yrs old, this is very good, but let's all remember she was only 7 at that time. Her playing will only get better as she gets older and her hands grow. Excellent for her age.
I have been playing guitar for 64 years. I give up. I hope this lass has as much enjoyment through her life as I have with my instrument - albeit playing folks, country and rock.
Wow! She just flowed right through that with ease and grace, it's amazing her small hands had the mastery of that big guitar neck and strings, how does a 7year old remember all that?!!! It's almost scary the talent that young ones have these days!!!
She is really incredible- I am especially impressed with her sense of steady rhythm, and rubato throughout!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 PS Her hammer ons/pull- offs and harmonics are awesome as well. Can you imagine how freaking GREAT she gonna be in 5-10 years from now!!🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯♥️🎶
How do you even do a hammer on or pull off with hands that size on a classical fret board? She doesn't even look like she's straining. Best argument there is for reincarnation being the way things are.
Dude, 40 years?! I mean yeah it’s a child who’s probably been trained in Suzuki method, but 40 years and you can’t play this is either exaggeration or you don’t practice efficiently, sorry not sorry.
Those people who dislike the talent of this cute, beautiful girl are ignorant. Imagine, a 7 years old can already play that very amazing rendition, beautiful and smoothing to my ears ! ,, Challenge to those who dislike ; If you will be able to play that piece, I'm gonna pay you 50,000 dollars, only to those that dislike...
Over 10k dislikes, some people suck at life. The name of this tune is, 'Capricho Arabe' by Francisco Tarrega. One of the most difficult piece to play on the guitar and she mastered it.
People who dislike a pretty young lady with talent that great do it for 1 of 2 reasons. They are Jealous of her talent, or scared of cultures they don't understand.
I wouldn´t say it is one of the most difficult ones. Here in Spain students play it aprox. in their 5th or 6th year of conservatory (there are two stages: one of 6 years and then another 4 to obtain a degree equivalent to a college degree). But of course, she is absolutely great and I don´t mean to say anything contrary to that.
I think I know why there are so many thumbs down. These people think this young girl has been forced to acquire such discipline, thus going against her will, (which would add up to child abuse) but let me tell you 8,000 +, I have been trying to play the acoustic guitar for over 40 years and I am no where near or close to the level of this 7 year old. I am a Masters graduate and educator in Early Childhood Education, and frankly I know that it would be virtually impossible to teach such a young child to play like this unless there was an underlying passion in the beginning. I take solace from this and not envy or any other negative emotion.
How couldn’t you feel envy. Do know wht is the most important factor in having success? That is luck. Luck to be born with a strong body. Luck that gave you a smart brain. Luck that brings wealth. Luck that avoids death. Luck that defines your family and the people around you. Luck cant be unfair. It how things are. Having a negative emotion because of this, shows you that you truly like playing guitar. If it didn’t produced that emotions, then you never take it seriously.
As a guitarist myself, i aplaud you you young lady👏👏👏 you deserve a world renowned standing ovation..such talents are rare and beautiful and wish you a good luck on your future.
