I really happy this youtube channel popped up on my youtube last weekend I am really wnjoying the behind the scenes , makes you appreciate all the hardwork that goes into making a meal or food like at a bakery. I also love how everything is measured and done slowly and diligently
Seriously, this is the coolest baker ever. He's in no rush and making some really delicious looking stuff I've never seen. What was the name of that thing with the bananas. He also made some boozy pastry, hmm...lol...great baker.
One thing I have noticed in these JAPANESE food making videos, EVERYTHING IS CLEAN!! I watched one seafood packaging plant where the newly arrived fishes were QUICKLY placed on skids off the clean floor and prepared and packaged for shipping via air shipped within a few hours. Japanese imports i would definitely eat!😊❤
To view this program takes about an hour. Worth it! I have not seen so many varieties of baking done in a day. I'm from Singapore 🇸🇬. We also have excellent bakers but not so many varieties. I ❤ watching it. And will bake some of the simple ones. God bless!

Very impressive! Such diligence and hard work, oh my! I can't beleive how he juggled the timing of the ovens and when to remove the bread. And so many choices--he is so talented. So motivated by perfection like so many Japanese are. I did notice that his specialty is bread---no pies, cakes, or cookies. It seemed that several items were left in the oven too long and got a bit too darkened to point of almost being burned. I do not know how one could keep that from happening though with so many items in the oven at the same time. I can barely get a cake out of the oven at just the right time. The video gave us a glimpse into the hardwork of a Japanese shop owner. Very much a blessing to watch.

What a variety! I’m inspired to be more adventurous with my bread making etc. I didn’t see any brown seeded bread, but maybe Japanese people prefer white bread?
